Full Stack Developer (Thai native)
Location requirement: Applicants must be Thai nationals currently living in Thailand.
The short version
We run some of the world's best liveaboard diving adventures across destinations such as the Maldives, Egypt, Indonesia, the Galápagos and the Red Sea. Behind these experiences is a fast-moving technology operation that most people never see. That's where you come in.
We're building our own software from the ground up. Rather than relying entirely on off-the-shelf products or stitching together disconnected SaaS tools, we're developing our own technology ecosystem: a CRM, marketing platform, internal applications, automation pipelines and AI agents that do real work.
You'll join our small Innovations team, where ideas move quickly from concept to production and where the systems you build have a direct impact on how the business operates.

What you'll work on
Your work will span a wide range of products, systems and challenges.
Our in-house platform: Help build and expand our growing ecosystem of applications, including CRM, email marketing, form builders, knowledge bases, media libraries, HR tools and analytics dashboards.
Customer-facing systems and integrations: Improve our websites, landing pages and lead-generation flows, and develop the interfaces and integrations that connect our existing booking infrastructure with the customer journey. You'll help turn complex backend processes into smooth, intuitive experiences for customers, while improving attribution, tracking and conversion measurement.
Automation and workflows: Build tools and processes that eliminate manual work, connect systems, automate reporting and help our teams operate more efficiently.
AI and agent tooling: Work with AI-assisted development and autonomous agents that help write, build, test and verify code. You'll contribute to how we integrate these capabilities into our development process and wider business operations.
Data and analytics: Turn booking data, marketing performance and customer behaviour into useful insights and dashboards that support better business decisions.
The work is varied by design. One week, you might be developing a new CRM feature; the next, improving conversion tracking or building an internal tool that saves the operations team hours of manual work.
Our tech stack
We use TypeScript across our stack, with modern React-based frontends, Node.js backends, PostgreSQL and a monorepo architecture supported by CI/CD and staging-to-production workflows.
We care about clean, maintainable code, fast feedback loops and getting useful products into production.
We also make extensive use of AI development tools. We see them as a powerful way to increase productivity and expand what's possible, and we expect you to be curious about them and willing to incorporate them into your workflow.

Strong full-stack skills: You're comfortable working across the stack, from database design and backend logic to polished user interfaces.
Modern development experience: You have solid TypeScript and JavaScript skills, along with experience in React and Node.js.
End-to-end ownership: You can take a feature from an initial idea through design, development, testing and deployment.
Product thinking: You want to understand the problem before choosing a solution, and you care about the people who will use what you build.
Autonomy and initiative: You're comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, making decisions and taking responsibility for your work.
A practical mindset: You value shipping useful solutions, learning quickly and improving systems as you go.
Experience with AI and LLM tooling, data pipelines, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, API integrations or e-commerce is a plus, but curiosity and the ability to learn matter just as much.
