All money paid by our UK-residing customers to Master Liveaboards Limited is held in a secure trust account, administered by the TTA. This means your funds are protected until you have completed your holiday. In the unlikely event of our financial failure, you will either receive a refund of the money you have paid or, if you are already on holiday, arrangements will be made for you to complete your trip and return home.

Some of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays we sell are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. However, ATOL protection does not apply to all travel services we provide. This website will tell you which travel services are ATOL-protected before you confirm your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate, then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but not all parts of your trip are listed on it, only those parts listed will be ATOL protected.
