The WWII Wreck Week itinerary aboard Solomons Master offers an immersive liveaboard diving experience, exploring some of the most significant wrecks from the World War II Solomon Islands Campaign. Renowned today as a pristine diving destination with flourishing marine life, the Solomon Islands were once the stage for some of the fiercest battles of the Pacific War. The conflict began with the Japanese invasion of Guadalcanal in 1942, followed by the Allied counteroffensive known as the Battle of Guadalcanal (Operation Watchtower). Many of the aircraft and vessels lost during this campaign now rest beneath the surface, forming powerful and historically rich dive sites. Diving takes place around the Florida Islands and Russell Islands, with visits to iconic natural sites such as Leru Cut and Mirror Pond.

This 7-night liveaboard itinerary combines wreck diving with vibrant reefs and dramatic underwater landscapes, enabling divers to uncover both the natural beauty and the compelling wartime history that make the Solomon Islands one of the South Pacific’s most unforgettable dive destinations.
Solomon Master’s WWII Wreck Week allows up to 22 dives exploring some of the more accessible wrecks of Iron Bottom Sound around the Florida Islands and Guadalcanal, while also taking in some of the iconic dive sites around the Islas Russell.

You will also have the opportunity to go ashore to visit a local village and some of the areas that were occupied by both the Japanese and Allied Forces during WWII.
We usually offer 3-4* dives per day, all within recreational depth limits, typically scheduled as follows:
