Competitions & Prize Draws

Welcome to the home of Master Liveaboards competitions. Below you’ll find the competitions that are open for entry right now, followed by the general terms that apply to every one of our competitions and prize draws.

These general terms apply to every Master Liveaboards competition and prize draw (each a “Competition”), together with any specific details listed for that Competition above. By entering, you accept these terms in full. Where a specific Competition states something different (for example its own closing date or prize), that specific detail applies.

1. The Promoter

Our competitions are run by Scuba Tours Worldwide Ltd, trading as Master Liveaboards (“Master Liveaboards”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Registered address: Dayan House, 818 Whitchurch Lane, Whitchurch, Bristol BS14 0JP, United Kingdom. VAT No. 394631276. Questions should be sent to marketing@masterliveaboards.com.

2. Who can enter

• Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
• Each Competition is open to residents of the countries stated for that Competition, except where prohibited by law.
• Employees of Master Liveaboards, its group companies, agents, and anyone professionally connected with a Competition (and their immediate families) may not enter.
• Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

3. How to enter

Enter using the method described for the relevant Competition above. Only one entry per person unless stated otherwise. Entries received after the closing date, or that are incomplete, illegible, or do not comply with these terms, will not be accepted. We accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received for any reason.

4. Prizes

The prize for each Competition is as stated for that Competition. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. We reserve the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary. Unless expressly stated, a prize does not include flights, transfers, insurance, visas, gratuities, marine park or port fees, personal expenses, or anything not specifically listed. Any prize involving travel is subject to availability and must be booked and taken within the stated validity period and by mutual agreement on dates.

5. Winner selection and notification

• Unless stated otherwise, the winner is selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date.
• The winner will be notified by email after the draw, using the contact details provided at entry.
• The winner has 14 days from the date we send that email to claim the prize. If we do not receive a valid claim within 14 days, the prize is forfeited and we reserve the right to select an alternative winner at random.
• If a winner cannot be contacted, or does not meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
• Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Publicity

The winner may be required to take part in reasonable post-Competition publicity. We may publish the winner’s first name and county/country of residence. If you would prefer this not to be published, please contact us and we will comply where legally permitted.

7. Data protection

We use the personal information you provide to administer the Competition, contact the winner, and award the prize, in line with our Privacy Policy. We will not use your details for marketing without your consent. Where a Competition is entered by subscribing to our newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time; doing so after entry does not withdraw your entry.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Master Liveaboards accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment arising from entering a Competition or accepting a prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including death or personal injury caused by our negligence). Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Changes and disqualification

We reserve the right to amend these terms, or to cancel, suspend, or amend any Competition, where circumstances beyond our reasonable control make this necessary. We may disqualify any entrant we reasonably believe has breached these terms or acted fraudulently.

10. Platform disclaimer

Where a Competition is promoted on a social media platform, it is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, or any other platform. By entering, you release those platforms from any liability and understand that you are providing your information to Master Liveaboards, not to the platform.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
