Liability & Waiver Forms
On board, every guest, including non-divers, will be required to sign a Liability Release and Express Assumption of Risk Agreement before taking part in the cruise and any diving or other activities. This is a standard requirement throughout the liveaboard diving industry.
If you intend to do technical diving, you will also be required to sign the Additional Liability Release and Express Assumption of Risk Agreement for technical diving.
Guests who are joining a Bikini Atoll itinerary are required to read and sign the additional Bikini Trip – Liability Release and express assumption of risk agreement.
