The Cash Bond
Earn a 7.5% fixed cash return on investment
After the initial 4-year fixed term, bondholders can either redeem their bond and receive their initial investment in full or choose to extend their bond and continue receiving interest as before. A minimum of 6 months’ notice before the end of the initial 4-year term, or any subsequent anniversary, is required to redeem the bond.
