ML Club – Terms & Conditions

General Overview
1. The ML Club is a loyalty program operated by Worldwide Dive and Sail International Ltd (WWDASI) and Scuba Tours Worldwide Limited (STWL), trading as Master Liveaboards (ML). By participating, members agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. ML reserves the right to amend, modify, or discontinue the Program and its Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Membership
1. Membership is open to individuals who have completed at least one qualifying trip with Master Liveaboards.
2. Each member will be assigned a unique Loyalty Club Number upon joining the Program.
3. Members must provide accurate personal and contact information to remain eligible for Program benefits.
Benefits
1. Exclusive Offers
  1. Members will receive exclusive offers via The ML Club mailing list. Offers are bookable directly with ML or through the member’s preferred booking agent.
2. First to Know
  1. Members will receive news, special offers, and sales event notifications up to 48 hours before they are announced to agents or the general public.
3. Boat Space Credit
  1. Members earn a percentage of their trip price as boat space credit (not applicable to total booking value or group leaders with FOC spaces). Credit can be applied as a discount for future bookings, up to a maximum of 5% of the boat space value.
  2. Credit is earned for the members own space only. Spaces occupied by other guests, even within the same booking, will count only towards the particular guest in the booking.
4. Onboard Discount
  1. Discounts apply only to onboard merchandise and consumables and exclude Fuel Surcharges, Marine Park & Port Fees, and travel services.
  2. Discounts only apply to onboard items purchased and used by the tier member and not other guests, even within the same booking.
5. Free Cabin Requests
  1. Cabin request charges are waived for eligible tiers. Cabin requests must be locked in the system to prevent relocation.
6. Free T-Shirt
  1. A complimentary t-shirt will be placed in the member cabin upon embarkation. Alternatives may be provided at the Cruise Director’s discretion if unavailable.
7. Free Bottle of Wine
  1. A complimentary bottle of wine will be placed in the member cabin. Substitutions may be made if the member does not consume alcohol or wine.
8. Free Nitrox
  1. Complimentary Nitrox is valid for the ML Club member only and must be booked in advance.
  2. Complementary Nitrox has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other items.
  3. We cannot guarantee that Nitrox will be available on any particular cruise.
9. Qualifying Trips and Tiers
  1. Trips qualify after departure. Member tiers are determined by the total number of completed trips.
  2. Manual review requests may be submitted with proof of booking history.
Tier Adjustment:
1. Members who complete a trip within a calendar year retain their tier.
2. Members who do not travel in a calendar year lose one qualifying trip and may be demoted by one tier to a minimum of Blue.
Loyalty Club Number
1. Each member is assigned a unique Loyalty Club Number.
2. During booking, the Loyalty Club Number must be added to the cabin name box to enable benefits.
Limitations and Exclusions
1. Benefits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value unless otherwise stated.
2. Group leaders and agents receiving FOC spaces are ineligible for boat space credits and complimentary trips.
Liability
1. ML is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Program participation or inability to redeem benefits.
2. ML is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete member information.
Governing Law
1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ML operates.
