About This Itinerary

The 12-night Misool, Halmahera & Lembeh liveaboard itinerary spans the Halmahera and Molucca Seas, linking some of eastern Indonesia’s most diverse dive regions in a single voyage and crossing the Equator along the way. From the fish-rich reefs and current-carved islets of Misool to the remote pinnacles off the shores of Halmahera and across the Molucca Sea, divers can expect thriving reefs, visibility of up to 40 metres, and encounters with schooling fish, reef sharks, and pelagic species. This itinerary also includes the Lembeh Strait as its start or end point; an area renowned for its exceptional macro and critter diving, creating a well-balanced itinerary that combines wide-angle reef scenery with intricate small-life encounters.

What Divers Say

★★★★★

"Although it is a wooden boat, it is well maintained and all details are well done. Proper management, high efficiency, and good overall service. The diving is well organised and there are many night dives."

Hailan L.
★★★★★

"3 close friends, we spent 10 fantastic days on a beautiful, stable and very comfortable boat. The whole programme is well planned and so well executed. The dive guides are enthusiastic, friendly and make one feel safe even in challenging dive conditions like strong currents. The scenery is breathtaking - Raja Ampat is so vast and so empty, a rarity in today is world."

Marek K.
★★★★★

"We spent 13 days on the liveaboard and were wowed at every stage. From beginning to end, each dive briefing, each meal, each and every interaction with the crew and the awesome diving - the level of professionalism was top notch!"

Common Questions

What certification do I need?
Much of the diving in Indonesia is not suitable for newly certified or inexperienced divers due to strong currents and the depths of some sites. Specific certification and logged-dive requirements vary by itinerary; Raja Ampat, for example, requires Advanced Open Water with a minimum of 50 logged dives.
Will I see Komodo dragons?
Yes. Most itineraries include a land visit to Komodo or Rinca Island with a ranger-guided walk to see the dragons in their natural habitat.
What's the water temperature?
Water temperatures in Indonesia range from 21C in the Sumba Strait area of Southern Komodo up to 30C in the Halmahera Sea around northern Raja Ampat. A 3mm full wetsuit suits most divers on most itineraries; a 5mm with hood and booties is recommended for cooler waters or anyone prone to feeling cold after multiple dives.
Are marine park and port fees included?
No. Marine, park and port fees are obligatory for all guests on all itineraries and depend on the areas covered. The amount is added to your invoice to be paid on board, and covers park permits, port fees and other local taxes. Raja Ampat visitor entry cards are valid for 12 months from purchase.
