STEP BY STEP

Two simple steps

Here is how to do it. It takes about two minutes – just remember to add both of our addresses.

STEP 1 - ADD US TO YOUR CONTACTS

  1. Open any email from us and hover over (or tap) our name, Master Liveaboards, at the top.
  2. In the small card that pops up, choose Add to contacts.
  3. Do this once for each of our addresses: marketing@masterliveaboards.com and dive@masterliveaboards.com.

STEP 2 - MAKE SURE WE NEVER GO TO SPAM

  1. Open the search or filter options in your inbox.
  2. Create a filter (some inboxes call it a rule) for emails from: marketing@masterliveaboards.com OR dive@masterliveaboards.com
  3. Choose the option that keeps them out of spam – for example Never send it to Spam – and save. You will not need to do this again.

On your phone? Filters are easiest to set up on a computer, but step 1 works on any device. Buttons may look slightly different in your inbox, but the options are the same.

Type both addresses in "From", then click Create filter
Tick "Never send it to Spam" and click Create filter
