About This Itinerary
The Malapascua & Visayas region is home to some of the best diving in the Philippines, with its nutrient rich water supporting a variety of eco-systems & a wide diversity of marine life. Dive sites are varied, ranging from vertical walls covered in coral to gentle sloping reefs and muck diving hotspots. During the tour we visit and dive the islands around Malapascua and Cebu, Cabilao, Panglao, Balicasag and Pescador. Along with Apo Island marine sanctuary and critter hot spot Dauin.

The 40 metre Philippine Siren liveaboard was built on the Indonesian island of Sulawesi. Handcrafted from ironwood and teak (traditional to the area), you will find no other diving liveaboard as beautiful in waters of the Philippines.

Will we see thresher sharks at Malapascua? ▼
Yes. This 10 night itinerary includes thresher shark encounters at Malapascua, one of the highlights of the route alongside turtles and coral gardens at Apo Island, giant sardine balls at Pescador, and muck diving and critter hunting around Dauin.
How many dives are included? ▼
The 10 night Malapascua and Visayas itinerary allows for up to 33 dives, including night dives. Up to 4 dives per day are scheduled where possible, weather permitting.
What other diving does this itinerary include? ▼
Beyond Malapascua, we dive around Cebu, Cabilao, Panglao, Balicasag and Pescador, along with Apo Island marine sanctuary and the critter hot spot of Dauin.
What certification do I need? ▼
PADI Open Water or equivalent with a minimum of 25 logged dives.
Are marine fees included? ▼
No. The marine park and port fee for this 10 night itinerary is 175 USD per person (subject to change), plus a fuel surcharge of 120 USD per person. Both are obligatory surcharges paid on board before disembarkation.
