Bank Account Changes
Dear Valued Customer,
As Master Liveaboards continues to grow, we regularly review the feedback we receive from our customers and partners to ensure we are providing the best possible experience.
Over the past 12–18 months, we have received consistent feedback regarding payment processes. Having multiple bank accounts based on destination and business location has understandably caused confusion and, in some cases, resulted in payments being sent to incorrect accounts.
Putting our customers at the centre of everything we do, and striving to make all interactions with Master Liveaboards as simple and efficient as possible, we have restructured our accounting system. This change allows you to make all payments to one single account, regardless of your location or the destination being booked.
From 1 January 2026, please ensure that all payments are made to the following account:
