This has given birth to this new series and, in this edition, we are celebrating Sheng-Ting Fan. Fans, as we all know her, joined us on Bahamas Master and sent us her amazing guest portfolio. So now we have “Ultimate Bahamas by Fans” that celebrates the diversity that The Bahamas offers. Our Ultimate Bahamas itinerary covers a large portion of the country and has it all!
Ultimate Bahamas
The Bahamas comprises a large area of protected waters. It is famous for having an abundance of sharks, as well as some of the best visibility on Earth. If that is not enough, The Bahamas also boasts the third largest barrier reef area in the world!
Besides sharks, keep an eye out for several species of dolphins and whales, as well as the endangered Nassau grouper. Considered the national fish of The Bahamas, these predators can reach over a metre (3ft) in length and weigh up to 25kg (55lb).
This 14 nights, Ultimate Bahamas liveaboard itinerary follows an almost circular route via the Exumas, Eleuthera, Bimini, and Nassau. It gives scuba divers the opportunity to explore all of The Bahamas underwater wonders, and more, in one trip.
The Ultimate Bahamas normally runs in Spring and early Summer to give the maximum chances to tick all the boxes.
